Emergency Stop Relays – Up to PL e / Category 4
DOLD emergency stop modules meet the requirements of Performance Level e / Category 4 in accordance with ISO 13849. They ensure that in hazardous situations, dangerous movements are stopped and power is safely shut down. A wide variety of modules are available for both stationary and mobile applications.
Sensorless Speed and Standstill Monitoring
The standstill and speed monitors are used in machines and systems where machine movements or moving parts can pose a risk to man and machine. DOLD offers cost-effective solutions for safe sensorless speed monitoring, sensorless frequency monitoring as well as drive monitoring via proximity switches.
Wireless Safety – Greater Flexibility
Wireless safety systems consist of portable emergency stop buttons or enabling switches, combined with radio-controlled emergency stop relays. These solutions are ideal for safe machine operation and shutdown during commissioning or maintenance – especially when fixed emergency stop buttons are out of reach. The product range also includes wireless safety relay pairs that enable the wireless transmission of safety functions for two circuits, such as emergency stops and conventional control signals. This provides maximum flexibility in protecting hazardous areas.
