Hand-held pendant stations and handwheels

Pendant stations HBL and HBA are designed to make some operation of machines easier for the user, certain functions of the control panel can be moved to a mobile input device. The housings have been developed taking into account ergonomic criteria.

The wide product range extends from complete hand-held pendant stations with basic functions up to individual customer specifications: LCD display, multifunction keypad and serial communication interface.

The electronic handwheel HKC is a universal pulse generator for manual positioning of axes. The handwheel is mainly used for positioning on NC machine tools in setup mode.

The output of handwheel is 25 or 100 pulses per revolution. The handwheel has two pulses having 90° phase shift which allows the detection of rotation direction. The handwheel has wear-free magnetic detent mechanism.
