CTA safety switch with metal housing combines non-contact RFID coding, solenoid locking, LED diagnostics, and internal electronics that monitor the status of the safety switch. The safety switch is available with an escape release, allowing the safety switch to be opened from the hazardous area side. Status information of the safety switch can also be integrated into an IO-Link system via the GWY-CB or ESM-CB communication module.
