Sähkölehto participated in the Supply, Security and Defence Expo held in Tallinn from May 14–16, 2025.
SSD is an international event for the defense and security industry, bringing together professionals from Estonia and across Europe. The three-day event featured an exhibition area, product demonstrations, expert presentations, and B2B networking opportunities. The venue was Bekker Port, where visitors explored companies’ services and products, both indoors and outdoors, as well as at the dockside.
The presentations covered topics such as securing infrastructure and the development of the defense sector. In line with this, the exhibition featured various unmanned systems, as well as counter-technologies developed to neutralize them.
At Sähkölehto’s booth, we presented ODU’s connector solutions for military and security applications. Our experts Miikka Laukkanen and Johan Talihärm manned our booth. Over the three days, we had many productive conversations with visitors — including discussions about ODU’s fiber optic solutions.
