FLEX SET safety mat system

The ASO Safety FLEX SET is a complete and cost-effective safety mat system designed for safeguarding machinery and larger areas. Each item includes the necessary standard-sized safety mats with integrated cable ducts, as well as black and yellow connectors for connecting the safety mats and separating detection areas if needed.

The set also includes clipable aluminum cable duct covers, clipable aluminum rails for mat attachment, and three cable sets for wiring a complete system with up to three different switching zones.

The accessories vary depending on the size and quantity of individual mats, and all necessary installation accessories are included in the set.

How to configure a FLEX SET system?

1. Selection of the depth of the safeguarded area (1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, or 2000 mm).
2. Determination of the required width of the safeguarded area.
3. Selection of the required widths of individual safety mats (500, 750, 1000 mm) depending on the total width of the area and potential separation of switching zones.
4. If multiple switching zones are needed, specify the number of zones and the desired locations.
