Sähkölehto Oy has received the Arvostettu työpaikka® certificate based on an employee experience survey conducted by an independent party.
The Arvostettu työpaikka® certificate is awarded annually by Finnish company Arvostettu Oy to a small number of organizations that receive excellent feedback from their employees in an employee experience survey. For us, this is a great and encouraging reminder that appreciation in our workplace goes both ways.
