The newest member of the Sähkölehto team is Kirsi Gustafsson. She started at Sähkölehto in January.
As our ERP & Sales Process Support, Kirsi is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Odoo ERP system and the related business processes. She supports our sales team in their daily work, helping them focus on what matters most. Kirsi holds a degree in process engineering and brings broad experience from various industries, particularly in order-to-delivery processes, system development, and maintenance.
What does Kirsi’s role mean for our customers?

- Thanks to the development of our ERP system and digital services, working with us is becoming faster, easier and more seamless for our customers.
Kirsi, you’ve been with Sähkölehto for over six months now, and we’ve already seen promising improvements in our processes. How has it been so far?
“Odoo was new to me, but thanks to the support from the Sähkölehto team and our partner Avoin.systems, I quickly became familiar with the system.”
Any particularly memorable moments?
“Creating my first automation in the CRM and Project modules – it simplified task creation and reduced unnecessary clicks for users.”
You’ve been diving deep into Odoo lately, but you’re also a passionate knitter. What are you working on now?
“Every crafter has multiple projects going on – I’m no different! But my goal is to finish a long shawl for autumn. It’s almost done – just needs the final touches.”
