Miika Lehto has started as the new Managing Director of Sähkölehto from 1st of January 2023. He has been with the company since 2013. He has held various positions, including the last year as Deputy Managing Director.
Juuso Lehto, who started in the position at the beginning of 2022, continues as Director of Technical Sales. Both Miika and Juuso represent the third generation of the family based company started in 1954.
Sähkölehto’s long-term CEO (2001 – 2022) Matti Lehto will continue as chairman of Sähkölehto’s board. The previous chairman of the board, Risto Keponen, will become a member of the board. The background of the changes is the generational change of the company, which has been prepared for a long time.
