Magnetic safety switch CEM-C40

CEM-C40 magnetic safety switch features a plastic housing and combines contactless RFID coding, magnetic locking, LED diagnostics, and internal electronics that monitor the status of the safety switch.

CEM-C40 magnetic safety switch is the right solution when high safety classification, magnetic locking, and tolerance in guard locking alignment are required. The magnetic safety switch is developed for process safeguarding. If the auxiliary voltage is interrupted, the lock will release, which could create a risk situation if the stopping of the protected machine does not occur quickly enough.

CEM-C40 safety switch can achieve a Cat4 / PL e safety classification according to EN ISO 13849-1, as well as SIL3 according to standard EN ISO 62061. Due to the RFID coding, the safety switch achieves Type4 classification and high coding level according to EN ISO 14119.
