TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE 27.3.2025

1. PRICES

Prices are quoted EX WORKS Helsinki, unpacked, in accordance with INCOTERMS 2020. Prices exclude value added tax (VAT 0 %) and are based on the importing costs valid at the time of quotation. Sähkölehto reserves the right to adjust prices if importing costs change prior to delivery.

2. LATE PAYMENT

Late payment interest: 8 % per annum.

3. SURCHARGE FOR SMALL DELIVERY

A minimum surcharge of 40 EUR is payable if the value of the order is less than 100 EUR.

4. DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is calculated from the date on which both the commercial and technical terms of the order have been fully agreed, and Sähkölehto has issued a written order confirmation.

5. METHOD OF DELIVERY

Delivery will be made using Schenker parcel service or another suitable method selected at Sähkölehto’s discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. INSURANCE

Cargo insurance will be arranged for all consignments unless the Buyer expressly waives this in writing at the time of order. The cost of the insurance will be charged to the Buyer. The insurance does not cover damage occurring during unloading at the delivery location.

7. PACKAGING

The goods will be provided with protective packaging suitable for standard goods handling and transport conditions.

8. RETURN OF PROTECTIVE PACKAGING

No refund is paid for any returned protective packaging. The cost of returning protective packaging shall be paid exclusively by the Buyer.

9. RIGHT TO CHANGES

Sähkölehto reserves the right to make changes to the data and documents provided in the offer without prior notice.
